Gary L. Wilkinson is a member of the Firm, and a native of Jacksonville. For over 20 years, he has practiced in the areas of business and real estate related litigation, with a broad range of experience, including trial experience in state and federal courts, as well as administrative hearing matters at all levels of government. He has litigated and tried many kinds of issues and disputes, including those related to secured lending matters and lender liability; debtor/creditor rights; trade secrets and noncompete agreements; business contracts; business sale, acquisition, and valuation; shareholder and partnership matters (including minority shareholder rights, and professional practice disputes); commercial landlord and tenant; real property title; government contracting and bid related claims; as well as trust, estate, and fiduciary matters.
Mr. Wilkinson has represented a broad spectrum of clients, from multi-national corporations to small businesses and individuals. He has earned the highest ratings of his peers and colleagues.
Mr. Wilkinson is admitted to practice in Florida and Georgia, and is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, and Emory University School of Law.
After school and three years in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps, Mr. Wilkinson returned to Jacksonville in 1989, and since has been very active in the Jacksonville community. He has served in many capacities in community, civic, and religious organizations, including as board president of several organizations. He is member of the Leadership Jacksonville Class of 2006.
Gary and his wife, Karen, have two children - one in high school, and one in college.
